We use a gentle, but thorough cleaning process that leaves your carpet and fabrics clean, bright and fresh without the use of harsh chemicals or over-saturation. The Top To Bottom cleaning process includes all of these steps and more:

• Furniture moved.  Areas are cleaned with our full process, then the furniture is replaced with carpet protectors under the legs to prevent stains.
• Pre-vacuuming.  Carpets and upholstery are vacuumed using a powerful industrial vacuum to remove loose soil and dust. This important step removes the majority of the soil from your fabrics. Amazingly, most companies skip this step, and when they put wet solutions into the fabric, mud is created. Fabrics are frequently over-saturated trying to pull this mud out, causing long-term damage. 
• Pre-treatment.  Before the general cleaning begins, severe stains are cleaned by hand using powerful spotting agents to remove all of the stain material.  Also, high traffic areas are treated to boost the effectiveness of the shampooing stage.
• Dry foam shampoo. Carpet and washable upholstery is cleaned using a gentle dry foam shampoo. For carpets, the shampoo solution drops into a spinning brush on the Shower Feed Machine. This solution then whips into a foam and is massaged into the carpet. This foam holds the loosened soil without sinking down into the carpet and over-saturating the backing and padding. 
• Post-vacuuming.  The loosened soil is extracted using the industrial vacuum. A gentle fiber rinse is done at this stage to remove residue and excess moisture. This allows the carpet to dry quickly and leaves it feeling soft and fresh, and prevents the rapid resoiling common to other cleaning methods.
• Disinfectant and deodorizer.  Safe and effective anti-microbial product is applied to fabrics to stop the growth of odor-causing bacteria and other allergens, such as dust mites.
• Fabric protectant. Industrial fabric protectant is applied to carpet and fabrics to prolong their life. Fabrics with a protective coating are much easier to clean and the results are much better. You’ll save money by extending the life of your carpet and upholstery.
