MD License #29864 / VA License #3380000834, Jim was born in Washington, D.C. and has lived in the area his entire life. Jim’s roots run deep with family, friends, and Church, and he loves the opportunity to serve people in the community in which he grew up. Jim has traveled the world but says “it’s always good to come home.” He loves the interaction with Top To Bottom Services’ clients while performing home inspections—helping them understand their new home and empowering them to have the information needed not only to purchase, but live safely in the home for years to come. Jim believes this is one small way that Top To Bottom Services can help serve the American dream.

After attending the University of Maryland, Jim has worked in management and marketing for several locally based companies specializing in home services. Some of those companies were startups, which presented great challenges. In March of 2003 Jim became Top To Bottom Services’ first employee, and to date has performed more than 3,000 home inspections.

Jim devotes much of his time serving in his church, but also enjoys cooking, movies, fast cars, scuba diving, football, and traveling. Some of his favorite destinations include Israel, Russia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Sicily.
