About Tamara Shrimpton
Tammy has lived in the D.C., MD, VA area all her life, except from 1968-1972.; as an army brat Tammy moved around a lot, but during that time lived in Okinawa—an Island off the coast of Japan. Tammy has been married since February 14th, 1981, to Paul Shrimpton, and has two grown children and one grandchild who she is always excited to see.
Tammy has been in customer service since she started working in her senior year in high school. Continually developing new skills and growing her ability to build rapport with clients, Tammy came to Top To Bottom Services after a 16-year career as a Contract Manager overseeing facilities, where she managed a $5.2 million annual budget with a bio-pharmaceutical company. Tammy is not only an integral member of the Client Coordinator team, but also the lead Customer Satisfaction Specialist. Tammy uses her years of customer services skills to provide top-tier services to every client, and professionally and positively help with any and all questions a client may have.
Tammy enjoys listening to music—and often acts as the office DJ to play music for the staff. She also enjoys reading; some of her favorite books are those written by Stephen King, particularly the Dark Tower Series, as well as James A. Michener; author of Centennial: A Novel.
When not striving to ensure 200% satisfaction with Top To Bottom Services’ Clients, Tammy can be found horseback riding with her best friend through the fields in Hagerstown or along the C&O canal.
However, if you were to ask her what her favorite pastime is, without missing a beat, she would tell you, “spending as much time as I can with my 3 year old grandson Lucas.”
